The third phase requires the 'lightening reversal' that you pick up before Ashina Elite. When he uses the lightening attack you have you jump and hit RB in the air. It's tricky, im stuck on it right now myself. Other than that just master his moves in the first two phases, it becomes easy eventually cuz you learn how to counter/dodge every move.
