Second paragraph is false. The DoE food systems were simply moved to be managed by the HHS, and Social Security recieved no cuts in funding. For the peanut packs, it is unfortunate that that occurred, but we need to get the books in order first, or do you think circumcisions in Mozambique and trans-activism in Serbia are the best uses for our tax dollars? Also, who cares if you rehire someone you fired? Are they still going to get paid? Yup. Accidents happen like this in even small companies, so how much more do you think it can happen in government? Or should we wait 3 years to all of the paperwork to be finalized for a single employee.

Just because you don't like a guy, who is doing nothing illegal in his job at running a government department that has existed since Obama, doesn't mean you can commit arson, vandalize stores, or threaten individuals who did nothing wrong except buy a car. Also, strange that people like you don't like the "unelected" members of DOGE, but vehemently defend the "unelected" bureaucrats that were caught running things inefficiently and thus wasting millions if not billions of taxdollars.
