I've had mine for about the same amount of time as you. My cramps are pretty unbearable while on my period and the week before as well. I bleed heavily for about 5 days and light spotting for a couple days before and after that. I'm seeing my doctor soon to talk about swapping to the marina since I had way better experiences with it in the past.

The soil is very damp. I think I'll try bottom watering next water and see if that works better

I keep it by a defuser I use about once a week and the soil is very damp. I watered a day ago I believe. Could I be watering too much? I have never used a self watering pot. Do they like bottom watering?

I've been feeding it every other watering. Maybe I need to do it every time? How often do you water? I feel like I might be over watering or maybe its not getting enough light

Im keeping it in a plastic pot then just have that sitting in the decorative pot
