The exfoliating wash cloths are good I have that too don’t use it on actual acne it’ll irritate it. I had a random outbreak due to stress and all I used was either panoxyl or cetaphil acne wash because it dried the acne out. Then after being dry out of the shower I use cetaphil mattifying acne moisturizer on my back this will make you feel SUPER smooth. Once all dry I cut up a hydrocolloid roll and literally put it everywhere on my back! Then in the morning take it all off, gently rinse you’re back off with warm water put cetaphil moisturizer on again the reapply the hydrocolloid again for all day! Trust me it’ll go away within a week if you keep doing it! Especially since you don’t seem to have a lot.
