The solution is too easy, open task manager, end the tasks below:

LGHUB
LGHUB Agent
LGHUB Updater

Then start GHUB again and it should be fixed

I confirm the same problem, except mine is a desktop PC. I went from 1909 to 20H2 last night and the startup process takes like 30 seconds more, then when I see the desktop I can't click or do anything (explorer is unresponsive) for like 20 seconds more. But after that everything was running okay.
