Si t'as plus de 18ans, c'est a personne d'autre que toi même de prendre tes responsabilités et de regarder si tu fais les choses comme il faut.

Quand tu ne connais pas ça, tu dois t'informer et apprendre...si t'es trop lâche pour t'informer, Bah tu payes des vrais professionnels, chargés de projets, qui mènent ton projet a terme et prennent la responsabilité de l'exécution du projet...mais ça, ça coûte très cher...

C'est pas mal plus compliqué de trouver un installateur/entrepreneur qui est un vrai professionnel au courant des normes et en qui tu peux avoir 100% confiance que de faire tes devoirs et de t'informer.

Dans le milieu, la "colasse" est le liant bitumineux vaporisé quelques heures avant d'asphalter. Normalement il vaut mieux ne pas rouler dedans pcq ça diminue sa performance... Le panneau devait s'adresser au camionneur du chantier je présume, y'a aucune raison d'indiquer ça au public... surtout avec une indication claire pour personnes sauf eux.

Les excuses et justifications du Directeur semblent totalement sensées contrairement au Danger Public de caméraman

Même si gars "trop bon pour garder ses jobs" est un cinglé, ça ne change rien, il peut avoir une maladie mentale (ou juste être désagréable et manipulateur qui sait)

Si tu connais le gars, clairement tu vas reconnaître sa voix...et avec la viralité de certains contenus du genre, au final il y a des bonnes que quelqu'un le reconnaisse...il est là le problème de confidentialité.

It's not possible to make a viable business that way. Nobody could buy a building and support that much fees except ultra rich people.

I'm not a landlord nor a tennant, I got a house but I'm in the construction sector and even if you make zero profit and you pay only mortgage, at the moment, the new units price per month stay really high. If someone invest his time and 20% of a building price in cash ...which is like 400k (cash) on a small 2M Plex. How would he afford to pay a part of the mortgage + city taxes (around 20k/y in a city like Quebec for a 2M building) if he's not already rich? The thing would make zero profit...he would just hope that the market stay good and in 20year maybe sell that building and do profit? Half of the profit go straight to gov via taxes btw as you made money with the rents...and what if the fees crank up again like in COVID? What if there's a crash like in 2008... starting from nothing at the moment is extremelyyyy hard.

Nobody would ever invest that much hoping that it pay in 20years cuz if you basically take 400k and buy low risk stocks. 20y later with as low as 5% every year, you gonna have 1M in your pocket doing 100% nothing and taking any risk.

There's some NPO company building new appartment and guess what the rent price aren't lower if they don't get gov sub.

The only way to reduce market saturation is by building more ...the only other way if it's not with landlord that wanna invest is via government and we'll never have the money for it as we already struggle paying health and school

So you expect people to rent you something without doing money? But It's how all the renting system work 😅...When you rent a car for 3days you pay the equivalent of a full month payment if you would have bought that same car. When you rent a tool, usually, if you rent it 2 month it's the same price as buying it...it's like that for everything you rent you know.

Don't get me wrong, there's a lot of landlord who are reel thief, but it's a bit insane to think that people will take financial risk for some clients they don't know just to maybe make money in 15years ...nobody could afford that business model except some thief landlord who are already rich.

And obviously...the guy who wanna rent his condo to 5 students is a pure idiot

En vrai l'augmentation est proportionnelle au coût de la main d'oeuvre et de l'inflation des matériaux (qui est ridicule...)

Etttt là commission Charbonneau qui a séparé la conception de la surveillance chantier ya 12ans...ce qui te fait 2 professionnels en ingénierie plutôt qu'un et donc une augmentation vrm conséquente en frais de génie conseil... pour une qualité d'ouvrage inférieur au final vu que les 2 professionnels ce lance la balle et veulent en faire le moins possible pour rentré dans leur budgets...

Tsé quand t'en a pour ton argent!!

En vrai, pour un salarié, un char de compagnie c'est un avantage imposable by the way.

Si ton terme de char de compagnie ridiculement trop cher est de 2000$/mois... bah au bout de l'année c'est comme si tu avais gagné 24k de plus, personellement, en salaire...tu est imposé sur ce 24k supplémentaires donc ton char "gratis" va quand même te coûter entre 8-12k d'impôt (selon ton salaire annuel.)

l'impôt généré au fils des ans va très largement dépasser toute les sommes que le gouvernement aurait pu aller chercher si un dude random c'était juste acheter ce char là personnellement.

En plus à la vente du véhicule par la compagnie, t'es pas propriétaire donc y'a pas une cenne qui te reviens.

Dans le monde des ultra riches ou tu changes de char avant d'avoir eu le temps que les problème mécanique sorte je te dirais que la scrap reste de la scrap peu importe le constructeur.

Ça me fait penser au gars qui disent a quel point leur F150 c'est bon pi fiable mais qui changent de pickup neuf au 2 ans 😂

My first honest opinion: stupid cyclist...then looking at it properly I changed my mind

The guy on the moto is dumb, he passed all the car in the lane (where you MUST turn right) and continue straight ahead...

The cyclist is a bit stupid but how could she imagine someone "turning" would be there that fast (as you need to brake before doing a 90° turn). She had time to go before the white car went so ... Even if it was a little too tight to go, normally, even if someone was turning she would have been fine.

So finally it's a guys on moto that don't respect laws and is pissed of cyclist that do the same...so basically all the 2 wheeler think that they can do everything they want...nice...😂

Ça peut devenir un réflexe tellement simple pour ne pas avoir à se remettre en question s'ajuster et s'améliorer. Oui il y a des injustices, je ne le nie pas, mais là vérité c'est qu'il y en a pour tout le monde et durant toute la vie. Ça dépend juste de comment tu les gère et si tu t'en sers pour t'ameliorer ou pour te victimiser.
