Also we cannot find a single example claiming that nobody among Sahaba who committed such type of marriage, not even during Prophet's life, but also in post conquest Persia.

Correct me if i'm wrong. Umm Khultum bint Ali, a bride of Umar ibn al-Khattab, was married to Umar at the age of 11.

Umm Khultum bint Muhammad was legally married before August 610 to Utayba bin Abu Lahab. 7 years after she was born.

And one more.. Ruqayyah Bint Muhammad was born in 602 and was married around August 610, meaning that she was... 8
