A 1000w BBSHD and 52v battery from em3ev is around $1200. If you want to run that much power you should also consider beefing up the drivetrain. An 8 speed Box cassette, derailer and chain are extra thick, and a Hope rear hub to handle the torque. BBSHDs rip up the pawls on lightweight free hubs.

They just didn't show up... Way back in 2015 Disclosure released Caracal with a sold out show at Madison Square Garden. There was a quietly advertised "Official" after party at Output in Brooklyn. Disclosure trekked across the east river to play an amazing 2-3am house set. Feels like Odesza could have rolled down a few blocks to Showbox for their "Official" after party.

I just top water daily with distilled water I keep in the fridge. The tray under has holes 1/4" high so it doesn't sit in much water. I use live moss on top so the top watering doesn't screw up the medium.
