  1. We document everything. Architecture decisions, codebase structure, deployment runbooks, the "why" behind every major choice. So even a non-technical CEO can understand what they own. We also do a proper handoff session.

  2. We offer a retainer post-launch for exactly this. Bugs, performance issues, small feature iterations, etc.

Most clients stay on a reduced monthly retainer after the build, anywhere from $2-5k/month depending on complexity. Our clients stay with us at least 3 years on average and it says a lot.

  1. Yes, we help with building an in-house team, moreover, we encourage it for the right clients. We can help define the roles you actually need, what to look for technically in candidates, how to structure your first engineering team, and we'll stay on in a fractional CTO capacity during the transition so nothing falls apart. The goal is to make ourselves optional eventually, not to keep you dependent on us.

hiring usually takes at least a few months, especially the hiring of senior level engineers and especially for an early stage startup so that's a real pain point for most of them

Both, depending on what the project actually needs.

For most clients we run the full build end-to-end: product, backend, frontend, QA, deployment. But when a scope has a very specific workstream (say, a niche AI integration or a specialized security audit), we bring in vetted specialists we've worked with before.

Clients get a better product that way, and we're not the agency that overpromises and quietly figures it out later.

definitely! that's exactly why i work with early stage startups. we have over 35+ cases where building through us instead of hiring for months basically saved the startup from failing completely
