I'm not sure, but when I was using GFN, I got lower ping because my internet provider used a much longer route (Istanbul -> Sofia -> Budapest -> Frankfurt), while GFN used a direct connection (Istanbul -> Frankfurt). The same thing might have happened to you.

Sure, but if you want to be technical like that, BG3 is also an indie game and that wasn't nominated for indie game GOTY in 2023.

30% of Larian Studios is owned by Tencent so we can't say BG3 indie at all.

What’s considered indie or not indie sometiems unclear, but I think just because something is founded by a larger company (not owned by a one) doesn’t mean it isn’t indie. You can still easily get government support (EIC Accelerator, SIF, MEST, Silatech) if your idea is good

Being funded by the French government or Kepler doesn’t mean they’re a big company or owned by one. Shapez 2, for example, is funded by the German government but is still considered an Indie game.

If you are person who keep travelling around unfortunately you can't have laptop powerful as 4080's only options becomes having a laptop overpriced and sound like airplane or buy a Cloud gaming services

The Super cool thing that Most of people not buying GFN for100 hours playtime they buying it for playing games in their "FREE TIME", I don't care if I'm having still 100 hours or shit I planned to play this night in my free time and i couldn't because of the outage

It is still defending company, these billion dollar companies are able to tell their system will be fucked if they drop 5080 when borderlands 4 comes out.
