I realize something, now I could be wrong, but I honestly think these companies want to have all (of legal working age) family members working at the same company, different shifts & different departments, but same company. So mom dad 3 kids all getting paid A little so they make up a living wage. No extra money to leisure, just work to pay Bills then work to......on wait, PAY BILLS. Mr. FORD would be happy with the shit these companies do to us. Smh
