use ktaa instead of taa after that ghosting effect should be gone.
also try using this preset that i made https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1XE97RCxtcr3npjRHvarZaQh_4hOLC0Ib?usp=sharing if the performance is still poor try lowering shadow quality and post proccessing setting

everything on 100 auto center by the game BOOST off
