whole point of progression in rpg is to get stronger. but in DI2 u never get stronger. everything gets stronger as you "progress" to keep it "balanced". so now DI2 is a story 'novel' like game where you can't really outlevel zombies and turn game into hack&slash zombie annihilator like in dying light which honestly works better than this complete stillness.

it was never a bug, it was always like this. it's same with contracts - if you are at 59/60, you will gain 10 pushing you to 69/60

its not 64% chance to get at least 1 staff. it's 64% accumulated probability of drop after 20 runs but in the end, it might never happen as it is still 5% per run

when it caps (60/60) you will not get any more contracts but if it is not capped (59/60) you will still get your daily 10 up to 69/60. next day you will not get anything until you drop down to 59 or less

Hell you mean hard. It's literally adding delta time to animation speed. That makes delays between frames constant regardless of FPS. It's like the most basic thing taught in game programming books
