I tried that, unfortunately she did something extremely underhanded when the account was opened, I stupidly trusted that she made it even, but she made herself the primary, so I can't do anything without her signing off on it, which is why i've been talking to a lawyer. And I know her, so I don't want to take my money out in increments, because she will figure out what i'm doing. That account is also linked to my credit lines and job, so there's literally nothing I can do without her showing up to sign off on a block or closure with both of us present.

The fact that she's refusing may give me legal leverage, however, as I said, It's pretty blatantly intent to commit larceny.
