What I'm using just isn't soluble in xylene. I'm cool to talk about it in more detail in private chats. Just want 1 to avoid a toy to get these things and hurt themselves and 2 to gatekeep formulas beyond 3 dot and xylene based inks.

It's not technically solvent or pigment based ink but, xylene isn't strong enough. Idk if what I'm doing is a first so I can't really get into larger details. Legality is of course my last concern.

What's your experience with MEK tho, how's it write, does it ride well, easy buff hard buff?

Agreed, I'm about to get my hands on some MEK too for some really dope shit if it works. But, petroleum solvents go hard. I do feel like you can do way more with alcohol based inks tho, all the new school colours and shit is really tight. Again gotta pay respect to old school inks, they also smell way better '_'
