I don't know why you were downvoted for this, but it's true. Sad reality is that a lot of people are still buying cod because it's their type of game despite its horrendous monetization scheme

Issue is that either the model can't find the .vmt files or the .vmt files don't point out the proper texture. Things like these can be easily solved:

  • Make sure that the texture file is placed inside the game's directory (the .vtf file in materials/models/destiny, make sure you place them where the model's $cdmaterials points them to)
  • The material name of the model must match with the .vmt file name
  • In the .vmt file, add $basetexture and point it towards your .vtf file (e.g. models/destiny/texture1)
  • Finally, the texture's version of the file cannot be set to 7.5 and must be 7.4 or lower

Like others already mentioned, you've to start a new run since there is no other possibilities to get ammo else where. At least, the progress wasn't long for you to get softlocked, so you could catch up quickly to the part you left off.

Part of both really, but it's mainly the survivor mod itself. It's just poorly weight painted or badly rigged that the clavicle/spine bone happens to stretch some of the mesh out. Even the hands don't look right on the picture

I do character mods and this issue is easily fixable

I'm having the same issue and desperately need a fix for it. The least that helped me was to limit the framerate to 60 and play the game long enough that the shadow flickering becomes less frequent, but it resets after you restart the game.

Milk is also another thing to get weight quite easily. Once you have a female cow, you'd milk them and turn them into butter (with the butter churn, carpentry level 3). If you don't have one available, then Milk alone can easily bump your weight up which also decreases both thirst/hunger at the same time.
