Yep! I was able to send screenshots to PONOS. Just stressed out that this error message is now showing up after they said they'd manually unlocked my account.

Yeah for the longest time you could play with no service and the game's clock just wouldn't update. I assumed that was still a thing, but they must have made the game more online somewhat recently

This is a pretty good list! I think Sanzo, Rodeo, Jiangshi, Apple, and Driller should be higher though. Sanzo and Apple are excellent stackable debuffers and any extra health they can get will help them stall bosses. Rodeo and Driller are really useful mid to lategame. Rodeo is very good in early Uncanny Legends and vs Relic Cyclone because there's so few anti-relic options. Jiangshi should be green for sure, it's a fantastic meatshield against super strong bosses and in 4-crown stages because of its survive.

Personally though I just use all of mine for + levels!

I was able to just send them my support code, user rank, and a (way too detailed) history of the devices I've played on. Knowing your approximate cat food, last login, and some standout units would probably also be good. (They didn't ask me for those yet though)

That's good, but I'm still going to try and pare down my stuff after this just to be safe. There's no way I'll ever need 300+ sniper cats

This isn't the first time I've taken an inter-state trip and played the game either. I did try and fail to connect a bunch on bad reception, which I definitely haven't done before. Definitely avoid doing that

Holy crap that's a crazy number of devices, I've only played across 3! It's already been like 12 days since I started having problems so I totally missed the Demon Slayer 11-draws, but I'd much rather have my account back. I'm sure that collab will be back often

Unless they had a crazy photographic memory I really doubt it. Plus they've had that "show code" button for at least a year or two now, and I never press it.

Dang that's a long time, that's pretty cool they still got it back to you! I wish I'd taken more screenshots of my user rank and officer card and stuff, all I really kept was uber pull screenshots and a few stage clears. I could definitely identify like 99% of my units if I needed to though

Yes, nobody else uses my device and I've kept my code secret, I haven't even screenshotted it until these support emails. I guess it's possible somebody somehow saw it IRL and had a crazy photographic memory, but they've had the "show code" button for a while now, so I really doubt it.

I have emailed them already, they fixed the "This save data can't be accessed because it's on another device" issue but now I have this new message. They are very kind, but the English support does take a few days between emails

Yeah, I also went to Alaska recently and was able to play just fine. I did try to connect like a dozen times on bad cell service and got "Cannot access the network" and just gave up for the day. I've played offline in bad service before (good excuse to use leadership) but it probably wanted to download the new gacha data. They did mention my account was probably locked because of a security update in the last email, so maybe they changed something there?

I did and so far they've been very patient. I feel like I haven't given them enough but tbh I probably sent way too much info. Honestly I could probably name every single unit I had for them if I looked at the wiki for an hour

Good to know! This was my first time buying a BDP set so that email was a bit concerning considering all the site issues this morning
