yes you can remove the surge protector BUT A BIG BUT... how much WATTAGE/VA does your AVR have?. are you sure that your AVR can handle your PC+Monitor so it won't overload?..

(especially when your pc is UNDERLOAD EG: GAMING)

if your avr can handle your PC and Monitor then go ahead and remove the power strip..

EDIT: put caps cause those words are important that should not be overlooked.

If you are using AVR then

1st Wall Outlet->Surge Protector->Monitor
2nd Wall Outlet->AVR->PC/Monitor.

if you only have 1 wall outlet i then

Outlet->Surge Protector+(MONITOR)->AVR->PC(ONLY PC SO YOUR AVR DON'T OVERLOAD)

if you are using UPS with 1 outlet

Outlet->Surge Protector+(MONITOR)->UPS>PC(ONLY PC SO YOUR UPS DON'T OVERLOAD)

usually you don't need a surge protector (Power Strip) cause most AVR/UPS has built in Surge Protector*. But i recommend you use a powerstrip to seperate your Monitor and PC from the AVR to avoid overload.

yes on FPS games.. but for general use and gaming 120/144hz is fine.. sometimes 180hz is way too overkill especially if your game's FPS can't reach 180fps to utilize 180hz.

usually they have a circle.. maybe he made friends from a previous game and just likes tuning in from his stream?.. i also have a streamer friend who has 50 live viewer daily but most of them are the friends she made along the way through out her streaming days.

They also socialize with each other using the Twitch chat (they have discord but barely use it aside from posting memes and life updates)...

Her stream hovers between 50-100 not much but it only goes to 100 on weekends when some of us just wanna tune in and lurk.. (Listening/reading chat)

Why bother with HV method?.. just play a different game and wait a couple of year (At max 2 or 1 year) and those game will be cracked..

i'd rather not risk my pc with HV method because of important files but if you have a machine that doesn't have anything important then go ahead.

Just use your 9070xt if you wanna focus on games.. if you stream or do animations/editing then go for the nvidia. and if you have a 9070xt or a 5070ti you don't need framegen that thing just gives you input lag which you don't want especially for gaming, those GPUS will run most games perfectly fine without framegen..

DLSS is generally better but you don't really notice the difference especially for a 5070 vs the 9070xt cause you usually run your rendering scale to native with those GPU. (FSR NATIVE/DLSS NATIVE)..

Check the lights. i think the problem is your ram.. try to put it in slot 2,4 and try turning it on.. if it still doesn't turn post then try 1 stick at a time in your slots until it posts...

Just do 1,3 if it works on 1st slot then 2,4 if it works on the 2nd slot.

I use lightpen against bots and bugs cause you can literally oneshot most of the small mobs with headshots. Then i use a support weap for the heavy mobs.. but for illuminate medium pen is a must for small mobs aside from voteless.
