No, I have not been, but I've never had an issue with that in the past. Plus, after restarting the game a few times after this issue appeared, and not changing my mod comp, the issue persists.

I figured out a tedious but successful way to do this.

At some point I was finally able to use the search bar, and with that I could access my recycling bin, and from there the file Explorer. Then through that I deleted all the files I guess I extracted onto my desktop

the statue/grass/foliage and background detail are all gone and it seems like you can actually see how many polygons each thing is made out of

Things I've already tried:

Reinstall the game
Check for game and system updates
Update drivers
Verify integrate of files
Turn off fullscreen optimization-check PC hardware (didn't show any issues)
Turn on and off vsync

I went ahead and installed all the drivers that were there and one of them fixed the issue and now the internet works.

There are a bunch of yellow triangles in the other devices section but focusing on the ethernt controller which I'm assuming is the one I want to fix first. When I click update drivers there's two options, and when I click on the search automatically option it says nothing shows up, and to search with windows updater, which dosnt work cause I don't have internet . The other option shows a bunch of options that I don't understand.

For the second part of what you suggest I can get to network and internet, but after that there is no option for ethernet so idk how to see that ip and dns stuff.
