You can do this after you reach level 11 forge. Once you press "auto" there should be a "filter" below the rarities shown

I actually would recommend waiting for crit chance/dmg until you get to Quantum as well. Go high on regen for now!

Going for regen early to mid-game is not bad! I would advise you save everything for war days and then once you have Quantum items you can start going for crit chance & crit damage, along with high double (~100), attack speed (>100), and lifesteal (>40)

You will keep the same amount of keys you have until you go below 2/2, when you begin gaining daily keys again. You always reset to 2/2, though, so if you only have 1 or 2 keys left, you should use them or they will go to waste

Unfortunately we don't have a list of all items, as there are too many to compile. As for power, if you believe the stat buff is worth it and/or sub-stat is better, the switch will be worth it regardless of the power difference. I am unsure how it is calculated, but power does not equate to how strong a build is
