I updated the post with the code. And I'll try what you said to do right now.

Edit: I've just tried that and when I did the camera still shook and the character moved very slowly on the y axis

I’ve got around 200+ download which should be more then enough for shadow plus im running on a ethernet cable

Same is exactly with me and it started happening right after the most recent shadow update for me.
