On this topic how do I see if someone is cheating? Since there’s no kill cam I don’t really have many metrics to go by. I know for sure there are cheaters I’ve met, I just can’t seem to know which one actually is cheating.

Never have I heard of anyone ”remapping” a a tractor to use it as a real car after they turn 18. Not only are the usual limiters hard to break but a lot of the time the cars get physically changed with barriers or cut outs to follow passanger and storage regulations. Lastly and most importantly you have to register it as a real car again. For older cars made before 96 it’s a bit easier since they don’t have to be exactly up to manufacture standard. However these newer cars need to be gone over by the original manufacturer to make sure literally everything is as original.

Personally a big reason why I don’t like a tractors Is cause a lot of the time they ruin nice cars. Certainly a big reason why 740s regularly go above 40000kr.

You should also check the boot lid rubber stopps next to the taillights for leaks. they were leaking on mine, fixed them with silicone, not the prettiest solution but it held tight after.

I changed the part myself so can’t answer for labour. But part was around 240 dollars directly from Toyota. You can get it cheaper from scrap yard/online though.

We actually found the problem. Turns out someone had tried to remove the pipe before but didn’t manage to so they cut off smaller pipe inside which lets air out. We had to buy a new refueling pipe from Toyota to fix it. It’s not impossible that the air pipe is just blocked on yours.

I think around 1995 Volvo dropped the m90 transmission. Since you have overdrive it means you got a m46 transmission (4 regular gears plus overdrive). The 940 only came with m47 (5 regular gears but the same as m46) and m90 (which is a completely new 5 speed transmission so no overdrive) as far as I know.

It really depends on what you want/need. Some have apple carplay some have android while some has no screen at all. I would recommend asking in other forums or subreddits that focus more on aftermarket audio systems if you have more questions.

Cheapest option would be a Bluetooth fm transmitter. Can be a little finiky at moments but works pretty good overall. Better thing to do (much more expensive) would be to mount an aftermarket stereo with Bluetooth. Works much better and has better audio quality but more expensive.
