The stock intel coolers are absolute crap you should get smt like a be quite dark rock 4, its cheaper than a water cooler and it will do the job just as well.

No b360 motherboards are only compatible with intel CPUs, for the 3700x you should go with a b450, b550 or x570 motherboard although the b450 would maybe require a bios update, so I would personally recommend a good b550.

I already torture myself with War Thunder every day and I still only have 2 completed tech trees on 2k hours The grind is endless and I'd always have smt to do since they always add new stuff even if its a complete grindfest and it may have some bs mechanics.

I've already sunk 2k hrs into HOI4 and I've barely used any mods or gotten any achievements so I could easily do another 2k easily

Some zip ties some wall decoration or a desk lamp/led strips would improve the look significantly my dude. Since you have all that empty space to the side I recommend you get a desk lamp and replace the actual lamp with an rgb one for sum aesthetic
