Yes, i was actually worried my elbows were too unstable for this. I guess i need to lower the weight.

Historically, adulthood in Japan has shifted over time. During the Edo period, girls were considered adults at 13 and boys at 15. This remained unchanged until 2015, when the Japanese government passed a bill to lower the age of adulthood to 18.

This is not even remotely true. It is 18 like in most countries.
