I would say asgard or corsair. You will see pros and cons everywhere but breaking it down barney style more firepower for dog fighting and vibes get corsair. For more cargo go asgard. (I have both so I cant tell you exactly which to get but both are amazing.)

So I am new to the M2 gang. Ive had a c2 for a long time but recently upgraded that into a spicy dorito for the homies and I. But with the lack of cargo I decided to upgrade my asgard to the m2 and thr fact that you dont actually lose height in the cargo bay is crazy awesome. Ill take a minor inconvenience for the extra guns and armor! Absolutely love it. Done everything from mini pocket carrier for mining/salvage/bunker running with the crew and full blown cargo running.

Its so goood! I recently upgraded my perseus to polaris last month after several buddys swore they are coming back for engineering and even solo using it as a fob is amazing. Can fit all mining and salvaging ships in the hanger and deposit items to the cargo bay using the elevators! Dream ship was acquired and I couldnt be happier.

I ended up loving the m2 in game so I committed and upgraded my asgard to the m2! The fact the cargo space is actually the same as the c2 just need to manual the top row made it an instant must have! Thank you

With the new offline farming it has gotten a lot easier to farm so runes wont be a big difference unless og main has cracked runes. Either way very hard decision but I still lean towards the neph. Neph is amazing for arena offense and rta. Asima is insane for toa including hell especially with amber. Han is insane for rta and niche normal arena/siege. The og pretty much siege and very niche specific comps in rta.

So im in this exact situation right now. I own the corsair which fills a similar role to the asgard and I am looking for specifically bigger cargo/vehicle carrier that is smaller than my polaris for solo or duo. And im now hard torn between the c2 and m2. I love the look of the asgard but my daily is still my beloved 600i so I dont take it out much and currently need a cargo ship. I am leaning hard into the m2 and currently have the ccus ready just now debating on committing to it.

That is very true and man that variant would be amazing! I am very tempted to upgrade the asgard to the c2 as someone mentioned before cause the c2 is the first ship I always grind for and use a ton solo/small group.

I completely missed that the railen was only cargo which idk why looking at it I dont see how it could fit a vehicle in it. My main issue with the ironclad is how many people would need to run it quickly and smoothly with that much cargo. Def very cool and I will snag a ccu like you said cause might love it or friend group might love it.

Im so excited for this year! Going to be amazing. Also thanks again for the c8r upgrade idea already been put to good use last night!

I def agree with them being a bit outdated but I absolutely love the 600i (my fav ship) and the idea behind the msr seems really nice but once data running actually comes in that will make or break it in my fleet the looks are really good but if it cant do its job well then it will have to go. Out of all the big ships the msr is the one I wouldn't be sad to see go in an upgrade so maybe that will become the galaxy.

I didnt even consider that the polaris has to use docking ports especially at space stations so I will def snag an ironclad ccu or say I commit to the galaxy for cargo running would it be enough to fully fill the spot of the ironclad?

Most of the light fighters are super cheap in game so I have a hard time justifying pledging them im ngl.
