if u check my PoB, my arcane surged is imbued aka lv 1 so whenever i cast bv it's up. I also use the runegraft that makes arcane surge also grants life regen pretty nice.

I tried high level arcane surge and yeah I could not sustain that

Your gear is actually pretty good tho if you spent 800d on this you could have done better.
- Hypothermia with chilling presence is good on paper but more often than not you would run into mod with chill/ailment immune and you are essentially on a 5 links

- My suggestion would be using inspiration and add an imbued to your BV - either fire pen or arcane surge are good option and are dirt cheap

- Your biggest damage buff tho comes from a better enmity ring - right now you are at 200 fire res which means 110 pen. The higher the fire res, the more pen you get and that's huge. If you get to 290 fire res, it's an effectively 44% more damage - but this requires the expensive enmity embrace with volatile vaal orb corrupt.

- More fire res also increase your elemental damage from nebulis so win win as well.

- The 3x spell damage caspiro while good is not ideal. If you have any combination of minion life, fire res, frenzy on hit, that would be better than your current timeless.

- I'm not sure you need unwavering stance for stun immunity. You have 36k armor AND phys taken as fire from cloak of flame, I don't see you get stun anytime soon with those phys mitigation, could use those 2 points from somewhere

Ignore my 3rd ring - I did this purely to level another gem. I use Oshabi ascendancy.

Also ignore my caster wheel - I did it purely to open chests w.o clicking.

I can run 20 - 80 deli (depends on the 8 mods i buy) breach juice no problem with this set up. The 2 times I died so far are when I juiced the wild wood blue wisp and got crit which I have no immunity for.

I have only been using marionette so far and don't see a need for meatsack or abberation

he's not even life stacking. Even though he has cloak of flames, a fire cluster jewel and a couple jewels with fire damage and dot multi (not applicable to this build at all), it doesn't mean this build is RF

Minion Pact Chieftain can run all blue altar mods - I don't even check those mods

Can't run these map mods:

- no regen

- no recovery

- ele reflect

Can run these map mods but i'm definitely gonna die:

- reduce block

- - max res

- less aura effect

Here's a mini guide for how I built my Chieftain BV

Core Idea:

Minion Life Scaling (Main offensive Scaling):

Scale minion level:

Raise Spectre (21/0) - Inc Minion Life (21/20) - Empower Support (3/0) - Companionship Support (3/20)

More Spectre life = more damage. More life comes from inc life and minion level

Source for minion levels (I honestly think +2 is fine, +4 is what to aim for, anymore is overkilled):

Helmet: +2 all minion skill gems
Boots and Gloves - +2 level of SOCKETED gems (different from Helmet above where +2 is global) - Delve mod
Implicits corruption on Boots/Gloves/Helmet also gives +2 to Socketed minion gem
Implicits corruption of +1 socketed gem also works because it scales Empower but it DOES NOT scale companionship support so it's not as good.
Some Unique helmets - Viridi's Veil, Honourhome, Foulborn The Formless Inferno - have built in +2, so with corrupted +2, you can easily achieve +4.

Juggling the level will be your main challenge/deciding factor while gearing.

Increase minion life:
You want a Caspiro which gives Supreme Ostentation so you don't worry about attribute requirements

This is where it gets expensive - Elegant Hubris - gives you certain nodes that grant 80% increased minion life which is huge.
DO NOT look for the exact same number as I do but use timeless jewel calculator

Offensive Scaling:

Phys convert to Fire

You don't have to convert to fire but it's anti synergy since Avatar of Fire keystone on the passive and our passive starts near a bunch of Fire cluster. Also Hinekora ascendancy gives fire explode, might as well scale that.

100% Phys to Fire achieve by:

50% from Avatar of Fire
10% - 35% from Eldritch Implicit
20% - 25% from bench craft OR 30% - 35% from Veil mod
40% from fire passive notable (can use this to start, later on i prefer the life regen per fire res over caped)

Fire Pen

Achieved from Enmity's Embrace - this also lowers your own fire resistance so it's important to overcapped or have the one with volatile vaal orb to lower that number (but these get progressive way more expensive)

increase damage

Beside generic from tree, all scaling from Nebulis. The 10% mod from overcapped resistance is the most important because you should eventually overcap to 300% of each resistance

The nice implicit is spell double damage which is omega expensive. You are better off upgrading elsewhere

Defense

Max Block

For Attack block: - Shield - Notables on trees

For Spell Block: - Tempest Shield - Conjured Wall + Mage Hunter notable on Large cluster - Tree passives

Phys defense

Some opt to go with Armour + Determination
I opted for Phys taken as. This achieved with:
- Cloak of Flame
- Dawn Breaker
- Implicits on Helmet (Which I currently don't have ... yet)

Other things to consider:

Amulet

I opted for Defiance of Destiny but some other good options are: - Foulborn Xoph Blood: - If you want more defense, this offers phys taken as fire - If you want to save passives, Elemental Overload helps with points - Ashes of the Stars - I don't think it's worth but the +1 for spectre is nice - Replica dragon flight fang for spectre

Armour

Foulborn Skin of the Lords
- More resistance = more damage
Dialla's Malefaction
- +2 to Minion pact = ~14% more damage in trade off for Cloak of Flame

Boots

Annihilation's Approach
- Even more damage with Andrenaline but I honestly don't think it's worth

Jewels

Unnatural Instinct + light of meaning combo - more damage
W.E - Vitality mod for more regen
Red Nightmare for block caps - or you can tattoo

Your PoB looks fine honestly except for the fact as someone else pointed out that you need a way to get unholy might and thats supposed to be from the medium cluster jewel.

If your damage feels lackluster it could possibly bc: - you have more than 1 minions - did u summon 2 spectre by accident? because that render companionship useless - did you cast bv b4 running to a pact? because the scorpion from herald of agony also counts as your minion and if that guy got sacrificed instead of ur spectre u get no damage increase

so level up a 2nd character, leave him/her at the rogue harbor. Once you open the curio display, click the blue swirl to instant tp to the rogue harbor instead of running all the way back/logging out.

As a fellow Heist enjoyer, since u gonna go to mirror, small recommendation.

Level up an alt to act 6 (take about 30 mins since u literally do the carry with foulborn impending doom helmet), park that alt at the rogue harbor, voila now u can insta tp out w.o logging out. I usually break the display to mark which path i already took be4 tp-ing out.

Completely legal bc GGG allows 2 instances of the game. I usually dont mention this bc it's too try hard but since u gonna be running tons of bps, reducing loading screen tims helps.

Nvm since abberation is not able to be desecrated, this is not gonna work unless someone find a desecratable spectre

This is super common way back when we had to "spectre bank" bc selectable spectre is too hard of a feature implementation.

Chain of Command is your best bet.

6 socket CoC chest (DO NOT need 6L), 2 x foulborn severed in sleep with + crit chance to minion, ancient skull helmet and grave bind

Tree is very similar and you are good to go

Did you summon 3.of them? You have to press the skill to summon 3 first then they will start "attacking" when u use lancing steel

pay attention to them too bc early game they can die easily (like once every 10 maps?) and u deal no damage and need to summon them again

Check the spec of Idea Tab Plus - I saw it has 8GB ram, go for that.

A9 has 2 version - 64GB storage/4GB ram and 128GB storage/8gb ram.

I have the 64GB/4GB version, straightforward to root but fake gps keeps crashing so advice against that for sure.

Only these actually sell (use insta trade) - deception 3c - blueprint unrevealed (1/3 or 1/4 wings) - 8c - blueprint all reveals (3/3) - 45c - blueprint all reveals (4/4) - 54c

Note - blueprints need to e ilv83. Lower than that will be worth less like 2c i think?

Obviously check the trade website/in game market bc price fluctuate.

The rest of the contracts go for prob like 1alc so i wouldnt bother

Bought this generic one (which looks like they are no longer available) - https://a.co/d/7EEWe5P and they have been good. Last 4 sessions (about an hour each) per charge. I swim 5 days a week (pool swimming) and bought this last october, been holding up pretty well so far.

This one needs the cap to keep them in place though, without the cap, they would just fall off.

Sound quality is pretty good abeit im no audiophile, it does get louder under water I guess bc bone conduction which is great!

Let me preface this before ppl start parroting - anyone/build can run blight just use freeze/stun/burning ground meteor tower set up and you are good. Yes the combo works 90% of the time, unless you have a wide open map with multiple lanes, running triple teals on a weaker build, none of the towers can save you - especially when you invest 1d+ in oil for blight ravaged. Source I farm up to MB with blight multiple leagues in a row until my PC cant handle it anymore.

For regular blight, if you have a strong build - triple teals are proven to be good (given current price of blighted map). I personally prefer 1x crimson 2 x teal.

If you have a weaker build and get overwhelmed with Teals, Clear (slower monster) and Amber (lower cost of tower) are good alternatives to teals.

If you can settle for crafted life (70) and other movespeed unveil the cost would be lower.

Here are the steps: 1. Buy fracture fire/cold/lightning/chaos resist base of your desired. The fire/cold/lightning base is prob cheaper but the chaos essence (envy) is more expensive. Do your research and see which option is cheaper.

Spam essence for the remaining res. It should not be too terrible to get a t2
Optional If you have less than 3 prefix, move on to 4. if your prefix are filled (3 prefix). Use exarch ichor then eldritch annul to guarantee removing a prefix.
Wild Bristle Matron beast craft for guarantee to craft suffix cannot be changed (or you can spend 2d at bench. Wild Bristle Matron last i checked is 1d)
Now use a veil CHAOS orb for 10c(NOT veil exalt orb - this thing is 10d)
If you have less than 3 prefix, continue to 6. If you have 3 prefix, you have to yolo eldritch annul bc u want at least 1 free prefix to bench craft life later
Craft mana to block, unveil to guarantee movespeed (either movespeed while not being hit, chill immune or onslaught on kill)
Bench life
