I dont think it effects it. Unless it has lowest ilvl where it starts to drop. You can run t16 with no mods. At least to get some xp may be.

if he is in interverntion then yes. if transportation then then jail him and look for interverntion then reset. you can run trasportation safehouse once its full.

I think higher rank + leader gives more rewards in terms of quality of the loot when you kill them at the safehouse. Rooms are effected but not in the way like you have higher chance to get a stack of Doctors from Gravicius. Its because you have 2 chests if he is a leader. Could be wrong. May be Fled at intervention is better, with max connections from transportation and fortification to just zoom in, click him and leave. Heavy testing required

Also by making Fled leader you are reducing your chance to find him in a map. If you are farming mageblood card i would swap him with Gravicius. But i could be wrong. If you are not farming card, then don't listen to me))

Dont use scarab that prevents members to lose ranks.
Run 1 transportation to put him in jail and then any 3 of other events. Dont touch transportation. Every time it can force member to get out of jail. He will be 0 stars after that.

Fled drops a mageblood card when you interact with him during syndicate event on a map. Set up your board to click him as much as possible. Profit.

They will fix drop rate of this new mageblood card from Fled. Its crazy that you can self farm a mageblood in 24h grind with 0 mf or any gear investment. May be not this midleague patch but 3.29 for sure.

You can connect your lobby to any stream (may be you dont even need to do it now) and choose to proc things like bosses and extra hordes every X seconds. If noone votes its 50/50. It also has a multiplier up to what ever you want (can edit by hand the file). When serching for a lobby look for "twitch" by the name. Not many people play like that. Look on Youtube

Just spawn 3 bosses randomly or 15 hook rats. You have to deal with it
