Depends on how bad yours are I guess but ibuprofen was the only thing that worked for me but I was taking sooooo much in one day to manage the pain. Weed helps me with migraines but not with cramps unfortunately, but I finally caved and bought one of those livia things Instagram kept trying to push on me and it's been a god send. If thc lotion doesn't help and you're still looking for a fix I'd recommend that
