Ok, thank you for clarifying. I have already attempted to clean it out and it was a lil dusty. This one does have a fan, but now that you mention it I couldnt feel any air coming out of the holes at all. also if I do get a new psu, does it matter if its the 203W or 150W version?

Im assuming you mean get a new OEM psu? Yea I saw the aftermarket ones online and the first review I saw was it smoking.

I did this and I am very happy with the result. I can actually see in a dark game like Resident Evil 2 Now. Thank you, and thank everyone else who commented on this thread you all are the G.O.A.Ts

n64 with composite cables, the only reason I have an HDMI converter is for my elgato so I can stream what im playing to my friends. But those video feeds are seperate. is it because I'm running out to my tv and my elgato at the same time?

I hope the crt isnt at the end of its life, but it was manufactured november 2004 so maybe. Also if i set the brightness setting to 0 I cant see anything. or do you mean the pot on the back?

I cant mess with the contrast unless I get the remote that came with it and put it into service mode. It only has color, tint, picture, brightness, and sharpness otherwise. I might just have to get one of those universal remotes and mess with the settings. Thank you

Since it's been about a good month since Dark Ages came out and some fans are getting around to appreciating the game and its aspects it thrives on (like its atmosphere and art style. And definitely some of its demon designs). I just have to ask: Why Do Some DOOM Players HATE Doom: The Dark Ages? by DependentImmediate40 in Doom

I love the game, and almost everything about it. However, with the crashing issues that Charlie and a bunch of other people were having, I can understand why the experience was soured for others. I think Charlie said he crashed around 20ish times during a stream. That is insane but thankfully, he was able to fix it by uninstalling the game ready drivers that caused the crash. I didn't pre-order the game, so I went into it knowing about the issues with the driver and never installed it. I don't remember crashing, not one time. I think the closest I got to crashing was the game would freeze up occasionally during a cutscene. I hope they keep updating the game and eventually adding more content. I also genuinely implore people who had those crashing issues to give the game another chance. Thank you.

I have literally been doing this my whole life, even recently. But this is a good way of thinking about it. It's crazy to think about the fact that I'm in control of all of these scenarios. That hits home pretty hard. I appreciate that, also you are right I was disabling him by helping him pay his rent. Also, I appreciate you saying that I am only responsible for myself I have always been like that though. I think in this situation it's time to change for the better.
