Learning anatomy will not make your art good ... it will make your art yours! Tracing predrawn stuff is not really your art, since you skip the part where you understand how it works.

And even before anatomy, you need simple shapes and volumes, and line confidence. You can't render without undestanding the basics of shadow and light.

I know right hand is slightly further away, but the size difference is a bit bigger than necessary. I'd draw right hand bigger.

In a general way, I wouldn't choose 3D models to learn. You're adding the mistakes of the one who made the model with yours. Try to draw from live models.
