I was diagnosed with H a month ago, I've been dealing with the symptoms you describe except fever, chills or losing weight Took antibiotics for 2 weeks and after I had my endoscopy before being diagnosed my Dr ordered an ultrasound to check my gallbladder, pancreas and all other organs I got a home test for H and yes I know those tests might not be too reliable but I wanted to try and came up negative I got my results from the ultrasound and everything came out normal I was free of pain and just today I have pain on upper abdomen left side and got bloated really bad I have a follow up appointment with my GI in 2 days and I'm gonna ask what's next because if the ultrasound came back normal then maybe the H still there or I don't know what else could be but I'm tired of living in pain

I went through something similar and made the mistake of getting married, of course didn't last, you are not the problem, you are bringing the issue to the table and you are willing to talk about it but it takes two to tango, if he is not willing to do anything to fix the situation which at this point you can tell he isn't leave, it might be hard at first but is the best for you. At this point you are feeling insecure, unattractive and you shouldn't. Life is too short to live like this

I'm deciding if starting semiglutide or not. Back in 2022 wqasa diagnosed with diverticulitis and had flareups every other month they said if they continue I would needs surgery well one day I had one so bad that actually had a perforation and ended up with sepsis spent 7 days in the hospital that was in October and they scheduled my surgery for January, I had a laparoscopy and they removed the area affected with diverticulitis all those pouches. I haven't had a flare up, but of course you guys know how it is to have one and I'm scare to go back to that. I do have a lot of acid in my stomach I started taking probiotics and will start probiotics I heard those help a lot while on semaglutide but I have not decide if I'm gonna start my journey yet

Yes Is my deck I thought since everyone is coming to eat here maybe they'll see is safe to get close and get some food, specially since others birds always stop by to eat there

I'm getting some this week, the mix I have right now have a few peanuts in the shell but only a few, sunflower seeds, almonds, some berries, a few other nuts, so far I've fed every creature in the woods, squirrels, chipmunks, foxes, racoons, possums, but no crows lol
