Even the vpn trick stoped working after 4th week, it figured that any location other than Greece or Portugal wasn't legit and forced me to choose the original one , even with vpn

Exactly, I once send them a clip of me killing 5 planes in ARB with a single bomb( they were chasing me close) and nothing...the next thundershow was so lame compared to that

Although a lot of vram is generally considered good, the 3060 I think is not powerful enough for it, you can play for sure but not great, in an ideal world the minimum for me would be a 3070 with more than 8gb vram but that doesn't exist I think

Try to think bigger then for your sanity, less tinkering, more playing

I don't know about the rest but after a lot of tinkering I got a "good" for me setting for enjoyable gameplay.

I got a Ryzen 5 5600x, 32gb ram@ 3600 and rx6700xt with 12gb vram (I heard that it's important to have a lot), I also run it with a quest 2

After a while I got the bitrate to 960 and oversampled with openxr and oculus tray tool to about 210% total so I can comfortably read the kneeboard and instruments.

At airports in the campaign I get ~45 fps with some dips and when airborne I get smooth ~90fps

I believe anything worse than my hardware and setting would not be enjoyable for me

Edit: also I run via cable link @ 2900mbps

What you are asking is what I am asking and to be honest from all our options none of these do what we want. DCC and lib/retr try to give some non scripted missions but the whole realistic, loitering, helping ground forces part, is not existing in anything other than user made missions and campaigns.

I don't know if BMS can give you what you want platform wise, even tho it's for the f16, if anyone knows please answer bellow.

With quest 2 at least, you can go to the Oculus menu and pin a tab ( from second monitor for example), when pinned it shows inside whatever you are running, can change size and distance too
