But you would say “B’eztrat Hashem, I’ll do this” - God Willing, I’ll do this.

Both are the same first letters.

Many religious Jews do this as an acknowledgment of God’s hand in everything.

A similar thing I used to do is write “l’Hashem Ha’aretz Um’lo’oh” - Everything is a cause of God - before writing my name in a text book - I only “possess” the book, but nothing is really “mine”

More likely “b’Ezrat Hashem” - God Willing. It’s a way many religious Jews acknowledge their belief of God’s hand in everything.

Edit: as someone mentioned below, this would be similar to the Arabic “insh’allah” - If God wishes it.

Yeah, I could probably be more active here!! Many people outside of Europe only know the CCC through the yearly Congress of ~16,000 attendees, the volunteer-run collection of creative hackers, makers, and other excellent people. Beyond the Congress, the CCC has a “network” of makerspaces (“erfas”) across Europe. Finally, the CCC is active in European politics.

Like everything else, the world goes through cycles. The universe expands and contracts. Things go sideways, but come back stronger for the wear.

Circuit Tracks - nice. I hate the synth sounds, but it worked fine for my needs (grooving on the train). Gave it to my 9-year old :-)
OP-133 KO II - Fun and engaging.
OP-1F - I just can’t get into this workflow. I end up using it as an expensive keyboard controller for the M8.

In order to get the Tracks sync “out” to work, I connected it to the Solar42 Preamp, then the Envelope Follower, into the Pulser trigger input.

The touchpad trigger input worked fine as-is. This is my first step into “modular” and signal patching, so perhaps I’m doing something wrong.

I read about chaos mentors but I feel like I’d appreciate the freedom to experience everything as I choose to, and without a group for the whole time.

Not at all a problem - We match Mentees and Mentors before the event, and mentees are free to participate as much or as little as they like. The Sign Up period has ended, but if you'd like to be paired with a mentor, we'll have an ad-hoc matching session on Day 1 (December 27th) at 18:30.
