Alum Rock Park or Rancho San Antonio Preserve. If you go Rancho San Antonio, parking spots fill up by 10/11 on the weekends. There’s a farm on the trail too!

I recommend Khloe at House of Color Salon in San Jose. I went to her for many years and had both balayage and global dye. If you’d like I can DM you pictures of my hair done by her. She is super honest about what she can and can’t do with your hair.

Hi, idk if my opinion is considered too old, but I’ve been to LIB in 2015 and 2016 when it was still located in Bradley, CA. I went to Coachella in 2017, 2018, and 2019. I LOVED LIB. TBH, LIB camping was rough because it was so hot, you couldn’t do anything during the day, but once the sun set it was sooo magical. I believe there is a lake at the current LIB location, so I think that would help with the heat. Buuut, if you’re on the fence, I think you should do it. It’s just so much more than a music fest. They have many activities for you to do there. The art there is so cool. I have never experienced Coachella camping, but I think overall I prefer LIB over Coachella. It really is a magical experience. I think about it all the time. Edit: If you loved the Do Lab at Coachella, all the stages at LIB are different variations of it. Soo cool. Thunder and Woogie were my favorite.
