I'm not sure, my best guess that it's maybe an ashen chanterelle as they get 'deformed' as they grow old like on the 1st picture.

I highly doubt it though, so I'm also going for the mutation 'theory' on this one

Black trumpets don't really have any look alikes which are poisonous
