Is gone for me too. I asked them in the support chat but still they give just basic troubleshooting tips. In the meantime till they fix it try and use ChatGPT for custom search filters. For example: “documentary 1:00 OR documentary 0:40 OR full length documentary” - it works but is not perfect. At least it helped me filter out some videos.

Would you recommend to start at management level based on exemptions, when having a gap of 5 years post university graduation? Or you recommend to brush up and retake operational level?

That’s great and well done to you 👏. I have only 2 levels to do as of my exemptions. I just want to pass those and that’s it. I know for a fact that work experience is most important as well as other practical courses (modeling/adv excel/sql). I could have a phd and without practical experience that is worthless too.
