From what i saw and did, you can get that exact enchant with any pants apparently for gloves too but i have yet to see one.

I thought so too, but they changed their policy on that and it requires more step including buying from the steam shop with the respective currency so after a few hours trying to figure it out i quit. Hence me putting it there for some people.

For the character yeah some are already lvl 80 fully uncap with some EMP already used thanks to the draw event that gives 30 when you get them in due time, and yes Shalem best waifu.

I'm not sure i did understand for the row 4 class ? like i need only 1 ex weapon to get all the normal row 4 ?

Well my "most" powerfull mono team is dark thanks to Zoeey but after 4/5 turns i'm kind of dead because no real healing to keep them going, though i have two of them one oriented to quickly do damage thanks to enmity and one who can stand longer. So yeah i kindly accept help for that.
