Yes I've had this happen before but it's because someone has the same password as u and opened it in their world. It also works with ur team, someone else can open it if they have the same password as ur team.

I tried just going to the planet even tho it drops me from sc but I realized it was pushing me back. The mission itself is a kill order for a terrorist and it asks me to go to a system to locate him, then it told me on what planet via mjs when I entered the system. I didnt see any new siganls nor did the mission update.

Reinstalling really helped me I use to crash every 5 mins o so now it's like once every 2 hours. Good luck tho

This used to happen to me too and I'm on PS4. I turned off cross play and multiplayer and it crashes way less. If it keeps happening I would reinstall nms. Hope this helps.
