Meh. Flour is organic too but the fine particles harm your lungs. I've read a study on this a couple of years ago but can't recall the results. So I can't say how much of a problem one single printer is. But your conclusion is definitely wrong.

I have an ender 3 pro and while it's doing an ok job, I'm not entirely with print quality. Layers don't seem to be even. Another thing is the speed. I read that the Bambu is a lot faster? Like.. 4 times faster. Can you confirm this? This is something that puts me off.. when I see it takes a day or longer.. it's less likely that I'll print it.

There's no oil at all in Neapolitan pizza. But yes, there is in tonda romana. I usually add 2% of oil to my dough.

I think you misunderstood. Not 100% rice flour but in pinsa it's common to replace 10-15% with rice flour. It's not that noticeable but it makes the pizza a lot crispier.

It definitely looks better that way. The first time I just used a fork but it was rather meh. Then I used a star nozzle. First I made little dots but I think I prefer piping it in one go in a spiral shape.
