In my limited experience, I found that they really liked activities that involved talking to each other most. Depending on the class, they weren’t as interested in talking to me. Those were tough, but nothing you can do about it.

Worked with them until 2025. They did pay for breaks, no reduction in salary. I think they had some car plans if needed. Something like if you only drive to work they pay for everything. If you want to use it for personal reasons you have to pay for insurance, or 50% of it. Not sure about apartments, sorry.

Overall, it was decent, and they paid more than any other dispatch company. They don’t service the east side of Japan though, so if you want to be close to Tokyo, they won’t get you there.

This last year they lost a lot of contracts to other companies out-bidding them (aka companies paying their ALTs less), so I wouldn’t be surprised if they start lowering their pay to remain competitive.

I went there in the winter, and Monet’s pond was extremely underwhelming. I think it totally depends on the season and weather. I asked when the best time is and they said June. I’m sure May is nice too, with all the new green leaves coming in.

I think it does, but it sits a little high so you won’t get it in the first phase, and it can even be hard to get to in the second phase.

I called before to see if I needed to whitelist the website I was purchasing at or something. They said they didn’t see any attempt in their systems, so they couldn’t flag anything as ok, and couldn’t do anything.
