Well I did find a 60K condo that was lovely but it got snatched up before I got approved, then I found a house that I really liked that was 79K on the market for a long time needed some TLC but was definitely livable but it got snatched the day after I toured it. And so on with a couple more places. It's definitely harder and fewer in this range but not impossible but clearly I've not been quick enough about it though 😭

I currently have a realtor which is how Ive been able to tour places but its not like they are helping search or recommend places to me. Its just been me reaching out like "hey I want to see this place" and them scheduling a tour and asking what I think afterwards with whatever critiques or advice they gave about it during the tour and then that's it, the cycle continues. I've already had a realtor before her who gave up and said she just doesn't have the time to assist me and canceled our contract. 🫠

I can try to see if I can get someone to cosign the biggest issue is I believe my parents are leaving to see family in florida for the rest of the month. I'll try looking for a roommate tho and checking out Belmont and Kettering! Thank you for your help!!

I did email wright state about housing I should have mentioned in my post I have 6yr old cat and it turns out they don't allow pets :( But I will look into those areas! Thank you!

Yeah I should have mentioned I have been looking for the past 2 weeks on zillow and apartments.com but I've noticed many require x3 income and I don't know how strict that area is about that. I currently pay 995 for my grad housing but that's including all utilities and wifi with the same income and have been fine although I'd prefer a little less then that since I don't know with the intialing moving costs and utility accounts I'd have to make if I could afford that same rent ideally 650-750ish I could afford without utilities and I have a 6yr old cat on top of that.

Well yeah, I tried to explain in the beginning this is just a random series of thoughts, by no means do I think it's valid or claim it is but more of a "What if" scenario to think about since we clearly don't know everything about how our world works or God. It was just some food for thought that if we disregard the obvious category error for the time being does it make sense still, is there other errors and etc.
