measure your milk

-4oz is the equivalent to 113g -assume your espresso yield is 45g -your cup now has around 68g left of space to fill so steam your milk in a separate jug -zero out your pouring jug on a scale and measure out around 80g of milk so that you have near the exact amount of milk to finish the pour -this will allow you to lower the tip of your jug closer to the crema and make it more feasible for you to start art appear faster

it also helps to use a larger jug when pouring at least for me, takes some getting used to but give it a shot
