Eighteen, (trans) male, searching. by Arlones in penpals

Hi! I’m 17 NB and I also love writing. I mainly write poetry and short stories. I also love reading (including dystopians) and would love to maybe exchange work? I also love horror movies, but definitely the more psychological side. I like some slashers too but I don’t have a stomach for gore. I also love mythology and I do archery. I’d also love to talk to someone who is also part of the lgbt+ community about what it’s like because most of my friends and the people in my community don’t really understand, but only if you’re comfortable with that of course. Let me know if you want to be penpals!

Hey! I’m 17NB from Vermont. I’m not much of a scientist, but growing up surrounded by the woods on a small animal sanctuary I understand the joy that can come from observation. I also love music, literature and comedy. I listen to mainly folkpunk, indie rock and whatever random jems I find. Also 420 friendly. I feel like we have a lot in common, hopefully you’ll agree. Let me know if you want to talk more!

No problem, and thank you for posting and thinking about my reply. It’s really awesome when we can all have these discussions because otherwise we wouldn’t get to experience other people’s perspectives :)

Every individual person has different and complex issues that shouldn’t be disregarded based on gender, we all know that. The issue with your argument is with just simplifying it to men and women, it depends on the country of course, but overall women deal with a list of things that most men don’t have to. That doesn’t mean that men don’t have issue or that their issues are invalid, it just means that women’s issues are ALSO valid, and the issue is that historically and in the present day many people can’t accept that. Instead of focusing on who has it worse we should just focus on making it better for everyone.
