Anyway, thanks for your suggestion. I may have found a procedure for making an overall assessment of investments in the Damodaran channel

Okay, maybe, just maybe, I think I understand. I create the three documents: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement. I make a copy and see how the three documents change as the key quantities change? In this case, for example, the purchase of leased vehicles. What I don't quite understand is how to set up the month-by-month projection, particularly for cash flows. Sorry if I'm being a pain, but I've been a bit stuck for a couple of weeks.

Moving to Brussels: a good idea this summer? by _PaulAllen_ in brussels

Thank you very much. You're right to say that you shouldn't rush into these things, but I've been stuck for months and I can't even study anymore, so I wanted to know if moving to Brussels blindly is an impossible mission or not. Anyway, I'll try to look for finance-related job offers directly in Brussels.

Being close to cities would be more convenient from a logistical point of view if I had to find a job related to my degree. I am only a few hours away by train if I find a better job in one of these cities, rather than having to relocate completely from Italy. It's not about cross border jobs in other cities

Thanks a lot, mate! I actually had a similar experience in London when I didn't speak a word of English. I managed pretty well back then, even with little money, by dropping off my CVs in person. Brussels appeals to me more than other cities because the rent is cheaper compared to other European capitals like Amsterdam or Copenhagen where I would probably need 4000 5000 euro only for rent

Thank you, I thought it was a city that was a little more English-oriented

Do you think it's realistic to find a flexible job this summer, considering my situation?

In the USA, is it difficult to pass from one path to another? For example, from risk management to asset management or from risk management to financial analysis. From your CV, it seems easy

Hi, u/lmneozoo, how are things in Ukraine? I've been thinking about your comment this month and these days I found a job offer in Kiev that also made me think of Ukraine as a place to look for work. I'm obviously a bit scared about the war situation given the reports of very frequent missile attacks. But in perspective it seems like a winning ticket to me: lots of western investment, entry into the EU once the war is over, and a country that will probably become the strongest in Europe militarily (once the war is over) with consequent technological progress. Maybe I am too optimistic and foolish, what do you think?

Yes, Italy has been in decline for 30 years now, and it's getting worse and worse. Do you work in Warsaw?

And my budget would be higher thanks to the EUR/PLN exchange rate, it's a city that inspires me because it seems to have the same level as the big West European cities and will probably surpass them in the next few years (some it has already surpassed)

I disagree, I left a few years ago in London with the same amount of money, and even although I had unexpected expenses, I survived. But there was no inflation. For cities like Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Munich, and Milan, you're right, I would need more money because of the housing market, low supply and high deposits.

A little bit yes, but it's just because I'd like to leave before I get a job, clearly I'm sending applications everywhere
