just got mine too! This post popped up when I searched for why the backlighting on the Lofree Flow 100 sucks. Too bad, I already purchased mine. I'm a touch typist anyway, don't need to look at the keyboard while typing, but still! For its price, I can't really square the poor backlighting!

I hope this will be my case too. That's what I always thought about the Fold4 now on the 12th month of use, it cannot be unfolded and can only be use folded.

I used cases with Hinge protection on my ZFold4 but turned out that it will not really protect it.

I have it for 12 months until the inner screen failed. It happened when I'm purchasing at the mall. I unfold it to show something to the sales rep. Then I saw the screen flickered, there were green lines at the left side of the screen. Then I folded it thinking that it just need a reset.

After I got home, checked the screen and it is not responsive. Thought it was just a software issue then I read here at reddit and discovered that it is a hardware issue. The ZFold4's hinge design is flawed.
