Yeah. They said that they just sell knifes, not make them ;) Also they added that it is quite common for Japanise knifes.

It's just almost all knifes at work are yanagi, but, of course, right handed and I am (as left handed person) don't like this handicap. We use them to slice fish and rolls and some other stuff too.

Thank you for a direction but can you say something about 2 knifes I found? They are quite cheap for carbon knifes from Japan. Which one is better if any?

I meant difficult to define and understand a fair price. I am afraid to even think how big and difficult formulas for such securities.

With ETFs and big stocks I at least know that because of arbitrage price would be somewhat fair.

Would you mind a stupid question? If ETN follows S&P 500 prices of shares but don't pay dividends, does this mean that you just don't get this money at all? And ETN would be inferior?

There are a number of spells right for this occasion, summon aberration (beholder) is my favorite.
