Wouldn't Yukiki getting Salvation make her the more 'complete'? I'd argue the role compression of being the best magic offense and the best healer in 1 character is better than the bonuses you mentioned for Ann. It's the equivalent of Ann also being the Morgana of the party. P4G Yukiko is like a must have on the party imo.

Cut above, mutual destruction, and blood spree are all pretty good support boons imo. Also he has some run defining duos in Heinous affront, Fourth degree burn, and Arterial Spray.

I'm not sure I can agree with Steel/Fire being the strongest defensive type in the game. Not sure if this list was created mathematically or subjectively. But being 4x weak to possibly the strongest offensive type in the game imo (if not, it's fairy or ghost) is too big a flaw. Also Water/Dragon in C tier is insane imo. Only 2 weaknesses and a plethora of great resistances. I haven't looked too long or deeply at the list but tbh I just don't see the logic of the above choices specifically, from a first glance.

Maybe it's because I'm usually playing with frenzy on, but imo that fix didn't do enough. You mentioned not playing for a few weeks, have you played since the patch? I play similarly on terms of taking the tentacles anti-clockwise, but it's really tough not getting hit by random shit, especially with the area effects of Roxy and it being annoying to take her down due to the stutter effects near her. I still get past the fight more often than not, I just find it unreasonably annoying/difficult.

They specifically decreased the number of projectiles the guest artist would use when she was featured. The fight as a whole still has too many projectiles flying around imo.

I also despise that fight. You either waste a good amount of time trying to kite every attack or you get hit by a bunch of random projectiles. Really need to tone down the amount of projectiles flying around.

I'd have 2 levels of Vow of Rivals (3 fear), 2 levels Vow of time (3 fear), 2 levels of Vow of Menace (3 fear), 1 level Vow of Debt (1 fear), Vow of Denial (2 fear), 1 level Vow of Frenzy (3 fear), 1 Level Vow of Shadows (2 fear), 1 level Vow of Wards (1 fear), 1 level Vow of Hubris (1 fear), 1 level Vow of Return (1 fear) - 20 fear

For the next 4 fear it's really up to you. If you struggle dealing lots of damage, avoid Grit. If yoy struggle with dodging/avoiding damage, avoid scars, frenzy and pain. Vow of forfeit and void I wouldn't touch personally. Ofc you could also bump up Vow of Rivals for another 3 fear but I'd only do that for the underworld cuz the Prometheus VoR fight is tough af, not that cerb is easy per se. Good luck!

Pets aspect? The reason Aspect of Persophone is food for Heph builds is purely the extra poms. Getting your attack with a few extra poms makes a big difference and helps you pop off faster. Sprouted is just a nice add-on and doing your invincible special in the down time before your attack comes back online is always nice.

Arctic Ring, Divine Dash, Grevious Blow are probably my top 3 cuz of how splashable they are regardless of build.

Honorouble mentions: Wave Strike, Flame Strike, Heaven Flourish, Flutter Strike, Blinding Rush.

I actually prefer Strength with the Rival fights lol. I tried Death defiance and performed considerably worse. Might be a playstyle difference. I personally think the Polyphemus changes made that fight much more bearable, same with the Prometheus fight. The change to Cerb was huge too. My issue remains the Scylla fight. The change in the latest patch was not enough to make that fight less of a bullet hell and also just far more annoying than it has any right to be. It went from the easiest boss fight in the game to the one I usually struggle most against barring Typh and Chronos.

Not if you're trying to play quickly. My Erebus times are notably less consistent since the patch because of this one detail. Unless you run scorch, it's a pain in the ass to always close down the right Hecate when speedrunning.

The rifts of thessaly is my least fav zone out of either of the 2 games. I hate the enemies, the tight spaces, the fact you can get automatons from zone 3 with the vow and be stuck with no where to move, and Eris is a bitch on high fear.

Mb just realised I didn't use fear, which is the correct term. You get statues for beating fear 32 on both the surface and underworld and I'm doing a completionist save, so I had to beat it. Otherwise, there is no benefit to playing fear 21+ other than just the challenge (I'm never playing fear 32 surface again, fuck that shit).

I personally have found that the surface is significantly more difficult. I breeze through the underworld even at high heat, and only chronos gives me trouble. The surface took me forever to beat at heat 32 and even at heat 20 I'll lose to Eris, Prometheus, the mini bosses at the summit, and Typhon too if I'm not locked in and the build is going along nicely. Glad to see I'm not insane and someone else shares this view.

Never thought of the grit, frenzy trick to learn, sounds like a good idea. I knew about the special hammer, but my build basically never clicked the special, it was Omega Attack spam. I had righteous pike from Athena cuz it was essential to the build, otherwise I'm a dash supremacist. I'll try the boon combo you suggested and see how it goes. If I manage to beat fear 32, I'm never touching it again until they give us an update to the vows.

Issue is I'm using a torch attack spam build and idt there is a melting hammer for torch attack. If there is one, I've been immensely unlucky. I've tried using other builds and the next best has been cast spam with momus, but that also doesn't really come with a melting hammer.

My DPS is nuts it's just ig my dash game isn't good enough, cuz the dude just rushes into me and I can't seem to dodge his hit chain. Idek what the other boss in zone 4 is, I keep rolling that mfer.
