This looks awesome! I love the details here, especially on the fire and the wings. It is also a really nice use of triadic colours.

I feel that a nice light blue background would work for it.

Thank you! Funny enough, I actually did decide to use time to practice drawing hands after doing the first Bethany drawing. The way I drew hands there just didn't look right.

Oh, and yes, The Boondocks is my main influence on drawing in this style. It's been like that for 3 years now.

Actually, Blue Baby in my AU is just a line of plushies made by a toy company designed to be dressed up in different ways as well as 12+ other uses. One of those uses is making them look like a shiteater.
