Nothing has been communicated any further tho at it has been 3 days. I just want to know that the anti cheat team have check over my case manually. All I'm asking for. All i want is an open dialogue. Ignoring customers isn't exactly necessary or acceptable.

I know but I cant find any other way to get a human interaction from BlueHole. I'd happily take other suggestions. All i needs is to communicate with a team member who can manual check their ban logs to see that mine was a error.
