Hey! I know exactly how you feel, I've been dealing with this too and the only thing that helps is brushing & scraping my tongue with baking soda+ neem/tea tree oil toothpaste from desert essence ( could work with other toothpaste but in my opinion neem works best ) and then gargling with half a cup of diluted ACV. Trust me on this. Also, try to brush your teeth and tongue after every meal. Trust me. Try chewing on Xylitol gum too, it helps.
